Alpine Accounting Services is a home based business perched high above Breckenridge, CO – with one of the best views in the county! We are a small but dedicated team, including our President and CEO Deb Swanson.

Deb and her husband Mark Swanson
With more than twenty years of experience in accounting and finance, Deb’s business expertise covers a broad range of financial services. She has worked for sole proprietors, small businesses, publicly-traded corporations and multinational companies. As a senior manager with KPMG, one of the world’s largest CPA firms, she worked with hundreds of clients and prepared and reviewed thousands of tax returns while gaining experience in business, accounting and taxation. After nine years with KPMG, Deb left public accounting to work for two clients as Controller, and later moved to Colorado where she initially worked as Treasurer and Controller for a small, publicly-traded company. Deb developed further skills in capital planning, budgeting, forecasting and evaluation of proposed new business ventures as Director of Finance at a larger publicly-traded company in the Colorado mountains.
